- Maximum size of 2 cubic meters per delivery unit
Boxes or pallets up to a length of 2.80 meters, width of 2.20 meters and height of 2 meters
• Maximum weight per load unit of 150 kgs
• Deliveries of freight that exceeds the specifications of the Almex standard and/or that require three attempts to call for confirmation or the hiring of equipment or maneuvering services will be considered as special in their evaluation and may be subject to additional charges. They must have a special configuration according to the catalog of exceptions and the written approval of the branches involved in the shipping operations.
• Freight must be properly packed (consult our Packaging Manual)
• Delivery scheduling through confirmation with the final consumer 48 hours after documentation
• Almex service times are determined according to the route, plus five business days to finalize delivery
• Delivery per item within the home of the final consumer with haulage up to a second floor
• Product unpacking option
• Two delivery attempts
• Locations enabled for Almex Home Delivery service are: Mexico City,
Monterrey, Guadalajara, Saltillo, San Luis Potosí, Querétaro, Toluca, Puebla and their respective metropolitan areas
• Deliveries to foreign locations are NOT within the scope of this service.

- Tamaño máximo no superior a los 2 Metros cúbicos por unidad de entrega
- Cajas o tarimas con Largo 2.80 mts, Ancho 2.20 mts y Alto 2 mts.
- Peso máximo por unidad de carga 150 kgs
- Las entregas sobre embarques fuera de especificación del estándar de Almex y que demanden 3 intentos de llamada para la confirmación o contratación de equipo o maniobra, deberán de considerarse especiales en su evaluación, pueden ocasionar cargos adicionales; deberán contar con una configuración especial en el catálogo de excepciones y con el vobo de las sucursales involucradas en la operación.
- Material debidamente empacado. (Consultar manual de Empaque)
- Programación de las entregas mediante confirmación con el consumidor final 48 horas después de la documentación.
- Se consideran los Tiempos de Servicio Almex de acuerdo a ruta, mas 5 días para concretar la entrega (se consideran días hábiles).
- Entrega por pieza en el interior del domicilio del consumidor final y hasta un segundo piso.
- Opción de desempaque del producto.
- 2 intentos de entrega.
- Las coberturas habilitadas para el servicio de Home Delivery son: México, Monterrey Guadalajara, Saltillo, San Luis Potosí, Querétaro, Toluca, Puebla y sus respectivas zonas metropolitanas.
- Las entregas en poblaciones foráneas NO están dentro del alcance de servicio.
